The Fair Hill estate of William Dupont is now the Fair Hill Natural Resource Management Area, an area largely devoted to equestrian sports -- with a little luck, you can take a break from bridging to watch mounted foxhunters returning from their run. What was the phrase? "The unspeakable in pursuit of the uneatable," according to Oscar Wilde, I believe. Enjoy. It's a spectacle from the past, like covered bridges.
